Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct all aspects of the customer base, the various markets, distributors and products that are to be sold in Nevada.
• Hiring of personnel, as identified and required.
• Development of sales budgets.
• Managing and development of distributors.
• Managing internal and external processes associated with sales and product delivery.
• Development of pricing structures and quotations including templates, terms, conditions, etc.
• Establishment of trials and product development programs, etc.
• Working with all other functional areas of the Valley Rubber business as required to continue to grow the region of responsibility and any other area of the business that may have been identified as an opportunity for such growth.
• All other aspects of a Sales Function that may not have been identified above.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 5 years experience in a sales position or maintenance oversight role inside the mining or mineral processing markets
• Knowledge of rubber compounds, manufacturing process, field applications, industries served and sales process
• Knowledge of relevant computer programs (Microsoft Office, Salesforce)

Working Conditions:

• Ability to travel for long distances, driving, flying, etc.
